TurboTenant allows the tenant to pay directly through the software with monthly autopay capabilities making it easy for the renter. Also, with the Lupi Real Estate and TurboTenant integration, all tenants will receive free monthly ACH rent payments!

Each tenant will have access to direct messaging us here at Lupi Real Estate through TurboTenant. This provides an all-in-one place for direct communication.

Get mobile push notification alerts from TurboTenant when rent is due, you have a direct message, and more. Also, receive email push notifications related to your TurboTenant renter profile.
E-Sign Documents
Tenants gain easy access to all documents and forms related to your rental agreement through their TurboTenant portal. Lupi Real Estate also provides the ability for tenants to E-Sign documents remotely.

Maintenance Requests
Each tenant can submit a Maintenance Request through TurboTenant describing the issue in both words and pictures. Our team at Lupi Real Estate can view and track these maintenance requests to get them resolved as quickly as possible!
